為什麼要運動? 你可能不知道的運動世界

要談運動醫學前,必須先了解何謂健康。根據世界衛生組織 WHO (World Health Organization, 1948),「健康不僅是為疾病或贏弱之消除,而是體格、精神社會之完全健康狀態」。 另外,普遍觀念的「無疾病」其實也只是健康線上, 較疾病傷害高一階的中等層次,人們的健康應該繼續朝著傷害預防,最終達到健康促進的宗旨。
